Revenge is something that I think we all struggle with. The daily word today discusses revenge and tells a story about a Preacher that was accosted while preaching. The minister kept on preaching and even prayed for the man and went to visit him in jail.!!!!! Now you know that was CHRIST in his life... could you have been able to do that?
This lesson reminded me of a time when I was looking to get revenge on someone. I was so angry that all my precious time was spent trying to come up with ways to get them back or make them feel what I was feeling. I can honestly say that I have grown in Christ and don't think about revenge as often... It does pop up every now and again, but leaves much quicker now.
I'm so glad to have grown in the Lord :)
