O.K. so you know I am on this health kick, along with so many other people, and I use Spark People to help me. Well.... I just read this article about 5 steps to a healthier heart. The 5 steps seem to be very managable.
1. Know your numbers
2. Start exercising... 20 minutes a day
3. Laugh, yep LAUGH!!!! 15 minutes of laughter equals about 30 minutes of aerobic exercise
4. Pay more attention to your waistline than your weight( throw that scale out)
5. Get adequate sleep
